I'm very impressed with your efficiency and the way you inform your customers of the where abouts of their parcel. The only reason I haven't awarded you ten out of ten is that the medication packet and information leaflet is in German and not everyone in primaraly English speaking countries speak German.

Excellent Deleivery service

Excellent service and quick delivery. It was a relief to find a source of my cat's favourite food available on line as lockdown prevents me from getting to our usual vet.

May 1st 2020. Despite all the reviews here applauding "fast turnround" the order I placed on 26th March still has not arrived. Two emails sent to customer services but Direct Vet have failed to respond to either of them.

One star removed as delivery cost is quite expensive
