Anxitane - Anti-stress tablets for dogs and cats

Anxitane is a flavoured, nutritional supplement that has a calming effect on dogs and cats. Anxitane is ideal to help your pet deal with stressful situations! 

Anxitane's active ingredient is L-Theanine, a green tea extract. Anxitane is not a form of medication, which means that it will not result in drowsiness or dependency. Anxitane is very safe and can be used in conjunction with behavioural treatments and/or other medication. Anxitane is easily administered. 94% of pets will take the tablet readily, including and especially cats (never leave a box of Anxitane within a cat's reach, as it will probably eat the entire contents!)

Anxitane reduces:

• Excessive caution
• Flight behaviour
• Dilated pupils
• Inhibition
• Avoidance behaviour
• Behaviour issues in emotionally stressful situations

Anxitane can also be used in the following situations:

• When introducing pets to a new environment (moving, adoption).
• When the family structure changes (new family member, new pet, death).

For most pets, Anxitane can also be used in specific situations, such as:

• Visits to the veterinarian or groomer
• Car trips
• Fireworks, storms

In cases such as these, administer a double dose of Anxitane 3 to 4 hours in advance.

  • 1/2 tablet mornings and evenings for cats and dogs weighing less than 10 kg
  • 1 tablet mornings and evenings for cats and dogs weighing between 10 kg and 25 kg
  • 2 tablets mornings and evenings for dogs weighing more than 25 kg

• Anxitane M/L
  • 1/2 tablet mornings and evenings for dogs weighing between 10 kg and 25 kg
  • 1 tablet mornings and evenings for dogs weighing more than 25 kg
