Delivery very slow and expensive. I thought it was an Irish site . Wouldn’t use again

Never disappointed when I order from Direct Vet.

Took over a week for items to be delivered

Received up to date information on my order from the time it was dispatched, very impressed & happy with the quality and service

Orders arrived after 6 working days, But the delivery company never rang the door bell. They just put in in the letter box, no signature required.
Happy with service, but not impressed with delivery company.

I ordered something from my dog and it came very fast.

Hello, I order dog biscuits all the time.
I find it very annoying your delivery times. I cannot rely on receiving the products.
You email me with updates but the dog biscuits seem to take ages to get here. It's really annoying.

Slightly reduced the number of fleas. I am now on the 4th bottle in one month and still fleas in the house. Will not purchase again. Used Indorex ( as opposed to indoor x) from Virbac previously and it killed all fleas after just one bottle. I cannot seem to source this outside the UK anymore.

I was having delivery and communication issues with direct-vet before September 2022 but everything is resolved after that and now no issues anymore. Orders are delivered within reasonable amount of time. Thanks!

Ordered a bag of hills ID, took 8 days to come...not too bad. They don't send too many emails so you don't know what the story is which worried me for a few days. It would be nice to get an email to say your parcel has been shipped, and it would be nice to be able to track it. But the food arrived and my dog is happy and so am I ????

I ordered syringes but they took two weeks to get to Ireland and this was from vets direct.ie.

Ye need to open a small warehouse to deliver faster

I'm happy with the website and what I received, but it took approx 3 weeks to arrive despite ordering from a .ie website. So I'd be hesitant to order again based on this.

Good service, took a while to receive as I am in Ireland but the product and the communication by email was good.

Delivered on time as expected
The product is not easy to find in Ireland but with direct-vet , no worries! My 10 months old kitten and my big 6 months old German Shepard- are safe now. It's my first order and I am 100% happy.
