Ordered for delivery to Ireland. Item was listed as in stock for ordering. Took 5 working days to ship the bag of dog food and from ordering to delivery was 8 days in total. This is not express 4-5 day delivery as stated on website. Also on day 5 I sent an email to say I had not yet received confirmation the item has shipped. I emailed twice to the contact email but had no response. I also tried phoning the number in the Netherlands and there was no answer. Item as stated when it arrived but massive excess packaging needed as shipped in too large a box for 12KG bag of dog food. Think I will be going back to zooplus from now on

This prescription food dissolved my cat struvites in about 2 weeks. Very happy with the product and my pet enjoys both the chicken and salmon varieties.

Great value for excellent veterinary-recommended dog food. Delivery was reasonably quick and the whole experience was faultless.

This is the only online pet shop where I can purchase the Seresto flea collar for my long haired cat. Having tried every collar out there this is the only ones that works for her. It's not cheap but it last for 8 months and in my opinion is the 'best' !!
